ACTIVITY MISSION OF THE INSTITUTE (CONT.)

A Film Documentary on Raoul Wallenberg.
The purpose of the film is to, through a true example, show the world who Raoul Wallenberg was and to educate people about his heroic deeds and courage which Wallenberg displayed as a rescuer of Jewish victims, including many children, destined to be victims in the Holocaust by Nazi oppressors.

Specifically, the film will cover interviews of time-witnesses during those horrific days in Budapest profiling Wallenberg as seen by those who worked with him and those who were affected by his humanitarian deeds. Further, the film will explore creative thoughts of renowned sculptors who, through their artistic eye expressed the Wallenberg character.

The film will encompass interviews and materials from several countries, including historic sites where Wallenberg spent his life as well as his last period as a political prisoner in Moscow where he, eventually, succumbed and reportedly died in a shroud of mystery.

The educational scope of the film will stress Raoul Wallenberg as a true hero with a strong message exemplifying the importance of moral courage, how one man can make a difference and how adversity can be changed by thoughts of love of man.
